When talking about Education, it is understood that school management, along with its entire pedagogical team needs to look for strategies that manage the inclusion of the family in the core of the school, seeking to strengthen a good relationship between School and family, thus forming a partnership with the purpose of preparing and perfecting their students to live in society. Thus, the more the number of people who are involved and concerned with a better quality of Education increases, the better the results will be and, with this, the efforts aimed at enriching the quality of teaching will be compensated, in view of the pleasure of observing the student thriving in the face of the challenges of studies. With this panorama, it is perceived that the external teacher has a basic role of preparing his students for life. Thus, for the accomplishment of this study, certain designs were outlined, and the primordial is to cover in a better way the role of each of the social agents that are part of the daily life of the school, such as: school management, teacher and family. To this end, it is sought to reflect on the pedagogical role intrinsic to the teacher and school management in the teaching and learning method, recognizing, in this path, the importance of the presence of the family in the school, especially when it comes to the development of the student as an individual in training.
