DIGITAL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (TDIC'S) IN EDUCATION BENEFITS OR HARMFUL: THE QUIZZER APPLICATION AS A TEACHING-LEARNING TOOL

Abstract

This article deals with the teaching-learning process permeated by technologies and the succinct relationship between face-to-face teaching and online/remote teaching. It will briefly address Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) in the educational environment, and will specify and show a little more about one of these TDICs, the QUIZZER application (app). The main objective of this work is not to make the reader have only a unilateral vision, but a bilateral one, regarding the use of TDICs in education, putting their positive and negative points, as well as the opinions of respected authors on both sides. , who defend and criticize TDICs in the educational field. Even defending one side, as I said, in this first moment my objective is to be impartial on this subject, to show the arguments of both sides as well as their defenders, and to allow the reader to also defend or criticize, because he has very clear and relevant arguments of his own. both sides to think and reflect. However, the main argument about which side I position myself in a clearer and more evident way is found in the final considerations of this article.
