How to behave in the face of a new working relationship, which appears through the transport applications, as an example? These situations are very common in people's daily lives, especially when we talk about transporting people, as is the case of "Uber". Faced with the possibility of new forms of service provision, due to technology, the emergence of new labor relations, they need regulation or even the possibility of opening up for hiring negotiations. That is why an understanding of the requirements for the employment relationship, as well as a more detailed analysis of subordination, is necessary, given that we have the conclusion that we are facing an employment relationship and not an employment relationship. As well as a new possibility of opening the market and new works and solutions to conflicts with arbitration.
