Abstract

The present work is based on the pillars of logotherapy itself: free will, the will to meaning, and the meaning of life. Logotherapy focuses on the person, trying to allow him to reflect and make the most significant decisions for his own life. In Logotherapy, the concept of spirit is linked to our conscience that guides our attitudes. Studies show that we are bio-psycho-social beings, in addition to these three dimensions, logotherapy recognizes in the human being a fourth dimension, the noological one, including adding the spiritual to the psychological, configuring the bio-psycho-social and spiritual. Such spirituality can lead to a religiosity that manifests itself in an unconscious relationship with God, the moment it is given meaning by faith and transcends itself. Religiosity manifests itself in the human being's search for the supreme meaning of life, without any institutional imprint. According to the philosopher Martin Heidegger, people are vocations because they believe, based on vocation. This discernment of religiosity in adolescents and young people makes it possible to reach a conscious vocational response suited to the meaning of life. In this way, vocation can respond to existential longings and emptiness. The human being is a being whose existence supplants the self, the world, self-transcendence, which ends up in self-realization. Logotherapy contributes to existential interventions in adolescents and young people, such as self-distancing, Socratic dialogue with a view to noeticism/spirituality and autobiography. The Life Goal is a fundamental motivation for every human being.
