Abstract

Report the experience of online data collection in quantitative research with university health students. The involvement of a network of collaborators and researchers linked to a research group contributed to the construction of the project, selection and adjustment of the instrument, as well as in the execution of data collection operated at a distance using Google Forms. Adjustments were necessary throughout the process, due to the pandemic moment experienced during the data collection period. Thus, strategies were developed in order to guarantee the broad participation of students, as well as the guarantee of ethical aspects linked to the research. The experience lived by researchers in online data collection proved to be satisfactory and positive with regard to the agility and sustainability that the Google Forms tool offers.
