Objective: to map the existing literature on the production of knowledge and flow about the procedures in conciliatory judicial demands for health goods and services and digital accessibility. Review method: scoping review protocol according to the Joanna Briggs Institute method. Published and unpublished bibliographic materials will be considered, according to the following inclusion criteria: reports on the production of knowledge and flow for procedures in conciliatory judicial demands of health goods and services and digital accessibility (concept) in health conciliation chambers in Brazil and abroad (context). A detailed and individual search strategy will be used for each database: Lilacs (BVS), Medline (PubMed), Embase and Scopus. Two reviewers will screen the titles and abstracts, read the full texts and extract data from the included material. Presentation and interpretation of results: the results included in the scope review proposal will be classified into conceptual analysis categories based on thematic categorical analysis (Bardin's content analysis).
