Abstract

We will address economic regulation in Brazil and the acts of politics in economic decisions, which aims exactly at balance in the market, however, the existence of cartels, as well as a relative regulation, which only tries to hide vested interests, from certain groups, under the umbrella of protection, such as labor rights.

We will analyze whether the current system is effective in practice and what we can do to change this situation, such as direct democracy.
