The scope of this article is to deal with the following theme: The importance of the ordinary inspection of the subunits and the due administrative and operational correction aiming at the perfect framing of the constitutional principles of public administration. The ostensible and preventive policing carried out in an ordinary way by the subunits of the Military Police of Paraná is preceded by careful technical analysis in order to optimize the application of the existing effective, delivering to civil society the excellence in the services provided by the sesquicentennial institution mentioned. For this, it is necessary to use administrative and operational management tools, measuring the results in an ordinary way. Due to the constant turnover among the officers who perform functions with the subunits and administrative sections, it is essential to apply formal ordinary inspections in order to assess results and correction of activities when necessary, always aiming at the constitutional principle of efficiency.
