Abstract

The studies provide a variety of physical therapy interventions for adults in different stages of post-COVID-19 recovery. Interventions include hyperbaric oxygen administration, resistance exercises, training inspiratory and expiratory muscle, aerobic exercise, deep breathing therapy, Manual diaphragm release, home rehabilitation, and intensity training moderate under cyclic hypoxia. Each intervention has results and benefits patient-specific approaches, highlighting the importance of patient-specific approaches, in the post-COVID-19 recovery. Most of the interventions demonstrated significant improvements in various aspects of the post-COVID-19 recovery, such as physical capacity, respiratory symptoms, quality of life, and immune function. Therefore, physiotherapy interventions play an important role in promoting recovery after COVID-19 infection.
