This article aims to present, in a comprehensive way, how criminal misdemeanors of a nature disturbing the tranquility and disturbing the work and tranquility of others interfere in the ostensible policing activities of the operational units of the Military Police of Paraná, headquartered in the city of Curitiba. For this, through a descriptive and documentary research, statistical data for the year 2020 will be presented of the occurrences related to these contraventions, such as the total number of calls to the Military Police emergency number – 190, days of the week that most occur and the number of attended and missed occurrences. In addition, some proposals will be mentioned to face the high demand for this type of activation and the actions taken by the Corporation to mitigate and reduce cases that are not followed up.
