CUIDADOS DE ENFERMERÍA PARA PACIENTES CON TRASTORNO DE ESTRÉS POSTRAUMÁTICO: REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA

Introducción: los cambios y adaptaciones que muchas veces requiere la vida moderna pueden llevar al ser humano a estar expuesto a situaciones de conflicto y desestabilización emocional, lo que puede provocar la aparición de estrés, que a pesar de ser un proceso común, puede llegar a ser patológico, como el trastorno de estrés postraumático. Objetivo: analizar las intervenciones guiadas por enfermeras para pacientes con trastorno de estrés postraumático y los diferentes enfoques relacionados con este trastorno. Metodología: se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura. La estrategia de búsqueda consistirá en cadenas de búsqueda utilizando términos obtenidos de DeCS y MESH y palabras clave y sinónimos combinados con operadores booleanos (AND, OR) a través del acceso virtual a bases de datos. Resultados: con la ecuación de búsqueda, se encontraron 78 resultados en la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), donde los estudios seleccionados tuvieron el propósito de mostrar evidencia científica sobre la atención de pacientes con trastorno de estrés postraumático en varios contextos. Conclusión: el estudio fue capaz de señalar estrategias para enfermeras y/o estudiantes que pueden contribuir a la práctica clínica, destacando la importancia de la atención incluso antes de la aparición de la enfermedad. El estudio también abre sugerencias para nuevas investigaciones en el área, mostrando la necesidad de nuevos estudios que aborden otros contextos.
