El objetivo principal de este artículo es poner de manifiesto la reversibilidad del ácido hialurónico (AH) frente a la acción de la enzima hialuronidasa, destacando su aplicabilidad en situaciones clínicas incluso fuera del entorno de laboratorio. Se abordará la variabilidad del comportamiento del AH en diferentes marcas comerciales, mostrando cómo esta característica puede influir en su eficacia y seguridad en contextos clínicos. Además, se revisarán estudios previos para dar soporte científico a las discusiones presentadas.
