Abstract

A simulator for the movement of ships and cargo in ports was developed. The software was developed in Java with the Mason library, with multiagents and geoprocessing, allowing the analysis of the movement, following in real time in geoprocessed image, the flow of the movement of loads in terminals in a given period. Thus, it allows to identify better times for the distribution of ship movement and better routes, reduce the wait in anchor areas and flow limits in the port channel.
