Abstract

It can be observed that, at present, students present difficulties regarding the specific conditions to develop their studies, time and space are worrying conditions in education, and this is due to socioeconomic factors from where their families originate. Thus, it is necessary to develop pedagogical tools that will support an educational improvement with a view to a better qualification both professional and educational. In this context, distance education is of fundamental importance to provide students with a new methodology of education, as an alternative to traditional face-to-face education, because it will develop a new role and create a new study routine meeting their goals and adaptable to their lifestyle, in general, most students do not like or have not developed the habit of studying by this traditional methodology, But after all, this happens for what reasons? Given this question, this dissertation aimed to analyze the relevance of Distance Learning for the development and qualification of the student. For this, we conducted a survey through a questionnaire with teachers, and pedagogue, along with 25 students of the second year of High School of the State School Presidente Castelo Branco, Manaus-AM, Brazil.
