Guidelines for Authors Publication Standards for Authors / Contributors

RECIMA21 Magazine

  1. Articles must be unpublished and have not been published in print or electronic form. Proof of originality is the responsibility of the author(s);
  2. Articles published in Portuguese, English or Spanish will be accepted. Only accepted papers with writing and or bibliographic, because the version will be defined
  3. For the writing and presentation of the text it is necessary to adapt it to the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) or the ABNT or VANCOUVER (in the case of the health area);
  4. The classification of the Article by section, at the time of submission, may include the following dimensions: (may have more than one concomitant): Model / Unpublished Theory; Field Research / Empirical / Laboratory; Practical Applications; Case study and teaching; Descriptive and Critical Analysis; Bibliographic / Documentary Research.
  5. On the first page of the article should contain the title of the work in Portuguese (centered and bold, capital letter), then the title in English and / or Spanish, when there is, in bold and italics, followed by THE SUMMARY (spacing line 1,0), with a maximum of 300 words, KEYWORDS (at least three, recommended at most six) and SUMMARY, KEYWORDS, which should be removed and closed by point and then the introduction. The few should be bold and capitalized, left aligned;
  6. Articles shall not contain the identification of the author(s). The identification of the authorship of the work should be removed from the article, thus ensuring the criterion of confidentiality of the journal, if submitted for peer review, facilitating the review by the Blind Review system that omits to make reviewer the authorship of the work, during the review process;
  7. Authors need to clearly present ideas, including the use of references and references. The papers should follow the format of the journal and, in general, are the following parts: (i) introduction, which means the important of the research (what the theme of the article, problematization, and what its purpose) and deals with its individuality; (ii) theoretical framework; (iii) research methodology or methods and techniques; (iv) results and discussion; (v) Generation and recommendations; and (vi) revised bibliographic references
  8. Job Format: Office 97 Word or later, Page configuration: Paper size: A4 (29.7cm x 21 cm), Top margin: 3.0 cm, Bottom margin: 2.0 cm, Left margin: 3. 0 cm, Right margin: 2.0 cm;
  9. The text configuration should follow the pattern: Arial Source, body 10 (for the entire manuscript); Spacing between characters, words and lines: simple, for THE RESUMO, ABSTRACT and / or RESUMEN when there is and from the introduction spacing 1.5; Number of pages: minimum of 13 (thirteen), maximum of 30 (thirty), including references, references (bibliography) and text footnotes;
  10. The article may not be submitted to simultaneous evaluation in another journal;
  11. The Editor may or may not accept the article submitted for publication, in accordance with editorial policy;
  12. The Editor may or may not accept an article after it has been evaluated by the double-blind system, which guarantees anonymity and confidentiality of both the author (or authors) and the reviewers;
  13. The Editor may suggest changes to the article both with regard to the content of the matter and in relation to the adequacy of the text to the drafting and presentation standards (APA); or ABNT; or VANCOUVER (for the case of healthcare)
  14. The article approved for publication will be submitted to the final edition and the orthographic and grammatical review;
  15. In the OJS system, adopted by RECIMA21, the author(s) will have (m) the submission of the article refused by the system if it does not accept (in) as exclusive, originality and copyright clauses;
  16. The editor and / or any individual or institution linked to its collegiate bodies is not responsible for the opinions, ideas, concepts and positions expressed in the texts, because they are the sole responsibility of their author (or authors);
  17. Comments are made in standardized evaluation forms, having space for personalized comments, which are forwarded to the author (s) in case of conditional acceptance, corrections or refusal;
  18. Abstracts must be in two languages, preferably in Spanish and English;
  19. It is necessary for the authors to inform ORCID in their submission database.
  20. The article should be submitted only online through the website.

Relevant observations:

  1. a) Submit an additional file, in word, annex, with the cover page, also, of the authors' names, title, institution, in addition to a footnote with the address of the first author and the e-mail of all authors.
  2. c) The names of the authors must be complete, always appear in their correct order, without inversions, because no corrections will be made later.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • I am aware that: after the submission of the article and the inclusion of the co-authors, it is forbidden to add more names of authors in the article, since the material has already been approved and is in the process of publishing. Special cases will be handled individually.
  • If you are publishing CBT, it can only be sent to the journal, once approved by the competent bodies of the faculty. And all authors involved in the preparation of the work must be in accordance with its publication, including the advisor. The CBT cannot be published in another journal.
  • I take full responsibility for the ideological and referential contribution conferred to this work, exempting the journal from any and all reflections about this article / work that I submit to publish. I am aware that I will be able to answer, civilly and criminally in case of proven production or any topic that raises ideological/political issues.
  • The research involving human beings presents the approval of the Research Ethics Committee, as well as the process of obtaining the participants' free and informed consent. Resolution 466/12 - Research in the area of health. Resolution 510/16 - Research in the areas of Applied Human and Social Sciences
  • All authors must be registered in the journal and have Orcid.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The text is 1,5; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format, since it does not exceed 15 MB
  • The sending of any DIGITAL CONTENT, automatically implies the full AUTHORIZATION of copyright to the Journal, being able to publish, display, give temporary access to third parties and distribute the contents in any and all territories in which the Journal carries out activities, as well as the rights to make access and consultation available, belong to the journal's website (site of the platform for publication/dissemination of access to articles). The Journal will have the freedom/right to index the journal on any platform or indexing directory, national or international, without having to communicate or consult its writers.
  • The set of all WORKS (articles, reviews, TCCs, translations, images, videos, interviews and others), in physical or digital format, were legally provided by the writers when the submission of their works on the Journal's platform. This AUTHORIZATION occurred when the article was registered and subdued by the author or co-authors, accepting the copyright conditions set out by the Journal, which complies with national and international standards for the dissemination of digital content.
  • I assume full responsibility for the registration of the co-authors in the journal, when applicable, and confirm that I have their consent to submit the article.
  • I declare to be aware of the regulation of the journal and assume full responsibility, civil and criminal, for the content of the article submitted. In addition, I undertake to register all co-authors of the article and to make the corrections suggested by the evaluators, as well as to format the article according to the journal template.
  • If the graphic elements (such as figures, tables, tables, images and photos) are not of original authorship, are they accompanied by a license that authorizes their reproduction or adaptation?
  • Whenever possible, the URLs corresponding to the references were provided.
  • Dear authors, after the publication of the article in the journal (24 hours, time limit for change), the inclusion of co-authors is vetoed, according to criteria of CAPES and our indexers/directories.
  • Publication cost (CDP). For Brazilian authors (Brazil) the publication fee is R$ 450.00 BRL (four hundred and fifty reais). For other authors (other countries), the publication fee is US$ 200.00 USD (two hundred US dollars, via Paypal). The publication fee is charged only for accepted papers. There is no submission fee. Please put the number of your item in the PIX or deposit made to the RECIMA21.
  • Number of authors per article depends on the research.
  • The MAGAZINE RECIMA21 reserves the right to index its platform of articles on sites that its editors deem convenient for the proposal of dissemination of the journal, as well as the commercialization and advertising of the article, provided that the return is shared with the author.
  • After the publication of the article, any corrections that are necessary will be the responsibility of the author, who must pay a fee of U$S 100.00 (two hundred dollar) to make them. Only mistakes made by the journal itself during the publication process will be exempt from this fee.
  • Refund Limitations: In accordance with RECIMA21's editorial policy and considering the resources invested in the review and editing process of submitted articles, we emphasize that the publication fee is non-refundable. This condition applies even in exceptional circumstances, such as the discontinuation of the journal in any indexation or Qualis Capes.

COURSE COMPLETION WORK - TCC

This Category TCC of the magazine RECIMA21 brings the opportunity of our reader to publish his work of completion of course: Graduation, Specialization, Postgraduate lato sensu and MBA, with DOI - Digital Object Identifier, which will bring a great differential, together with the academy and the labor market. The formatting for publication (standards for references) is the same as that of ABNT and/or VANCOUVER for the health area, adopted by the journal RECIMA21, which also offers its Guidelines for Authors. Therefore, the CBT, after its exposure, will have greater visibility, thus contributing more information and scientific knowledge to our readers from all over the country and abroad.

The editorial board of RECIMA21, understanding that the work of CBT has already undergone guidance and an examining board does not see the need to go through evaluation again, thus raising the author's responsibility to submit such work, which should be in accordance with the guidelines of the journal. Even so, the work will have an editorial follow-up appropriate to the standards of RECIMA21. 

The multidisciplinary scientific journal RECIMA21 aims to promote and disseminate studies in the areas of teaching and research, in Exact and Earth Sciences, Social Sciences, Health, Humanities and Engineering/Technology.

RECIMA21 is conceived through multidisciplinary discussions that encompass social, environmental, technological and sustainable issues, connected to these areas of knowledge.

The art of teaching and research in the field of multidisciplinarities has long been walking together, promoting and discussing discoveries in these fields of science, whether theoretical as practical.

This special section of the journal will publish Seminars, Congresses and Anais of academic and scientific events. With a special cover of the event, DOI and strictly following the evaluation guidelines of the journal.

In this space the magazine will publish the E-books of Editora RECIMA21. 

THESIS AND DISSERTATIONS

This category Theses and Dissertations of the journal brings the opportunity for our reader to publish his end-of-course work: Postgraduate Stricto sensu and MBA, with DOI - Digital Object Identifier, which will bring a great differential, with the academy and the labor market. The formatting for publication (norms for references) is the same of the ABNT and/or VANCOUVER for the Health area, adopted by the journal, which also offers its Guidelines for Authors. Therefore, the thesis/dissertation, after its exposure, will have a greater visibility, thus being able to contribute with more information and scientific knowledge to our readers all over the country and abroad.
The editorial board of the journal, understanding that the work has already undergone orientation and an examining board does not see the need to undergo evaluation again, thus increasing the responsibility of the author in submitting such work, which must be in accordance with the guidelines of the journal. Even so, the work will have an editorial accompaniment adequate to the journal's standards.

Throughout the year, we will select relevant and current topics to be highlighted in this section.
