Abstract

The great social changes, resulting from the isolation experienced with the pandemic in the world, demanded a huge effort in the implementation of forms of communication, exchange of files, among other devices that were made by the use of the Internet, enabling numerous social activities, especially in the educational sense, which resulted in a profound change in the view of online education, accelerating trends that had been unfolding over time. In this sense, the present study analyzes the use of technologies in the classroom, with the advent of digital information and communication technologies (TDICs), because through the CRISIS of COVID-19 teachers were forced to learn how to handle the equipment and applications to develop classes, apply activities and lead the student in the construction of knowledge and skills at a distance, impossibility of face-to-face work due to a generalized public health problem. Nowadays children are born in the digital cradle, are familiar with the use of technologies, that is, professionals need and need not only to know, but put into practice the use of technology, breaking barriers, jumping obstacles. Today these students belong to the generation z and generation alpha who were born with technology in hand, being these young people or children who in the classroom are presenting different profile from other generations, attentive to everything and everyone, with lines of reasoning faster and adapted to the use of technologies, changes these irreversible within the new social context.
