This study analyzes the impact of three innovative business models in dentistry: franchising, memberships, and teledentistry, focused on improving patient loyalty and accessibility to services. In an increasingly digital environment, these strategies respond to the need to offer more efficient, personalized, and sustainable care. Although their adoption has increased, questions remain about how they influence the perception of quality and the clinician-patient relationship. Methodology: This study adopts a descriptive, qualitative approach, aiming to understand how membership models and teledentistry influence health clinic business models. A literature search was conducted using data sources such as PubMed, Scielo, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria were: articles published in the last 10 years and articles addressing topics related to innovative business models such as franchising, memberships, and teledentistry. Results: Franchises provided brand recognition, advanced technologies, and increased patient flow, although they reduced local autonomy. Memberships fostered loyalty and financial stability, especially in preventive services, but required accounting adjustments. Teledentistry improved access in remote areas, facilitated follow-ups, and reduced costs, although it faced technological and training limitations. Discussion: The need to diversify revenue sources and adopt digital tools to optimize operations and strengthen patient relationships was highlighted. Loyalty depends on trust, comprehensive experience, and continuity of care. Conclusion: Innovative business models in dentistry, such as franchises, membership plans, and teledentistry, represent effective strategies for improving accessibility, loyalty, and sustainability of dental practices. These models improve the patient experience and promote more efficient, continuous, and person-centered care.
