Abstract

The theoretical approaches of the themes spiritual intelligence and readjustment of work point to similarities in the context of meaning and purpose of life. Taking this into account, this study was committed to verify ing whether the theoretical evidence was empirically confirmed. For this reason, a quantitative and correlational research was used in order to verify whether there is influence of the spiritual intelligence of the leader in the action of Readjustment of work of the leaders. The sample consisted of hospital health professionals from two different countries (Brazil and Portugal). The results indicated that there are no significant differences between the two populations studied. The perception that the leader has spiritual intelligence influence on the action of Readjustment of work in the teams. The PPS dimension of spiritual intelligence stood out from the other factors because it does not have a significant relationship with work readjustment.
