INTELIGENCIA ESPIRITUAL Y REAJUSTE DEL TRABAJO EN UNIDADES HOSPITALARIAS BRASILEÑAS Y PORTUGUESAS

Los enfoques teóricos de los temas inteligencia espiritual y reajuste del trabajo apuntan a similitudes en el contexto del significado y el propósito de la vida. Teniendo esto en cuenta, este estudio se comprometió a verificar si la evidencia teórica estaba empíricamente confirmada. Por esta razón, se utilizó una investigación cuantitativa y correlacional con el fin de verificar si existe influencia de la inteligencia espiritual del líder en la acción de Reajuste del trabajo de los líderes. La muestra estuvo constituida por profesionales de la salud hospitalaria de dos países diferentes (Brasil y Portugal). Los resultados indicaron que no existen diferencias significativas entre las dos poblaciones estudiadas. La percepción de que el líder tiene inteligencia espiritual influye en la acción de Reajuste del trabajo en los equipos. La dimensión PPS de la inteligencia espiritual se destacó de los otros factores porque no tiene una relación significativa con el reajuste del trabajo.
