THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL MEDIA ON EDUCATION

Based on the term digital media, its use in the school context has been increasingly observed, in view of the positive results obtained in the classroom. These tools became essential in teaching at the beginning of the pandemic outbreak, so the classes were conducted in Brazil and in the world. There were months and years of social isolation imposed by the governments in order to stop the advance of the disease. Thus, the objective of this article was to know which are the main pedagogical technologies that the teacher can use to make his or her class dynamic and enable the students to be the builders of their own knowledge. For this, a literature review on the theme was carried out, predominantly searching for scientific articles, books, and ebooks. The results indicated that the connected narratives had good acceptance by the students, even though some teachers have difficulties in such application, either for fear of ignorance or for the lack of infrastructure in the school.
