Abstract

From the creation of the Minha Casa Minha vida Program in 2009 to the present day, there are problems in the various waits in the post-occupation of the track 1 projects, directed to the most deprived layer of the Brazilian popupalçao. The lack of assistance is a worrying factor that arouses empathy in people who seek some form of joint help through social impact businesses that carry values, aiming at solving these problems. Participatory and innovative methods were proposed in this research through desing thinking and PMDpro management, in order to offer quality of life and meet the needs of residents, generating systematized operational strategies in the coordination of activities of different sectors. The objective of this work is to compile these concepts through the proposition of a chain of good that contributes to the mitigation of vulnerability impacts. This research will have a methodological aspect of conceptual theoretical character, with quantitative and qualitative investigations, exploratory bibliographic, descriptive and field observations. It was concluded that studying this theme and associating it with the problem of housing in Brazil is to defend it as an efficient method in the struggle for the right to the city and decent housing, where housing does not become only the place where one lives, but that transmits the feeling of belonging rooted in its residents from life trajectories and links with its habitat.
