With the advent of globalization, communication access tools grow every day. Almost instantly, the search continues to improve the use of modern search technologies, making information faster and more assertive in the tireless search for qualification of these audiences. Thus, as a way to understand the characteristics that make up the different behaviors, events that shape the formation and personality of people in groups are used.
With four generations occupying the same space, Baby Boomer, Generations X, Y, Z and Alpha, the segmentation opportunity grows so that communication is directed as a way to more effectively achieve environmental awareness, pre-establishing cultural standards, social, financial, professional, etc
Thus, it is necessary to identify actions aimed at new behavioral paradigms, as a means of more effective and adequate access for these audiences, with a focus on the constant search for better results and the possibility of improving the environment.
