FLUXO DE TRABALHO DIGITAL COM GUIA E PRÓTESE SOBREPOSTOS MAGNETICAMENTE PARA REABILITAÇÃO IMPLANTOSSUPORTADA DE ARCO TOTAL

A evolução do sistema de escaneamento, melhora na precisão, tornou possível proporcionar aos pacientes maior agilidade nos tratamentos com implantes. Este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever um caso clínico no qual o planejamento protético prévio foi realizado com os cuidados recomendados para permitir a instalação guiada dos implantes em maxila e a instalação imediata, no mesmo tempo cirúrgico, de uma reabilitação de arco total confeccionada previamente em PMMA fresada, em um fluxo totalmente digital, com o sistema magnético de encaixes. Paciente de 64 anos compareceu na Clínica do curso de mestrado da ILAPEO, com queixa de dificuldade mastigatória e estética. Após diagnóstico e planejamento foi proposto reabilitação com implantes superiores e inferiores onde a prótese superior foi realizada totalmente em fluxo digital. Com base na experiência coletada, foi possível concluir que a cirurgia guiada em implantes com instalação de prótese imediata fresada previamente e instalada no mesmo tempo cirúrgico é possível com o sistema de guias empilháveis por magnetos, desde que o planejamento protético prévio seja corretamente executado.
