This present article highlights the project "Computação na Escola para Mulheres" conducted by CESIT (Center for Higher Studies in Itacoatiara), affiliated with the State University of Amazonas (UEA). The project focused on third-year female high school students in public schools in the municipality of Itacoatiara, aiming to stimulate their participation in higher education courses in the field of computing. The employed method included teaching algorithms and programming logic through the Scratch Software. The results were positive, with the students demonstrating a satisfactory assimilation of the content and a notable interest and enthusiasm in pursuing higher education in the field of computing.
