This paper presents an experience report carried out in a state school in the interior of Amazonas during the supervised internship required for undergraduate courses. Since it provides students with their first contact between student and teacher, through observation, co-participation and conducting, providing graduates in computing to experience the dynamics of teaching work, using information technology in education, relating theory and practice. At first, the observation of classes given by the supervising teacher was carried out, to identify the subject that the students had difficulties with, in order to present a lesson plan to the teacher, using technology as methodological material. Thus, it was concluded that students had few practical classes, however it would be a great opportunity to apply Augmented Reality to teach Human Anatomy content, allowing students an attractive and engaged class. It is concluded that the technology worked at the end of the Supervised Internship II allows several ways for a great extension in teaching, being able to attract the attention of the students and thus making the teaching-learning process more efficient and pleasant.
