THE PERFORMANCE OF SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN THE FACE OF NEW EDUCATIONAL SCENARIOS IN THE POST PANDEMIC PERIOD

The world has gone through very difficult times with the emergence of the "COVID-19" Pandemic, being forced to make immediate and urgent decisions regarding their way of life, especially with regard to the labor market and the very common social practices developed by people in general. In this context, the construction of this work will walk along a road in which its main purpose is to understand how the school managed to overcome all obstacles in the educational field, in view of the difficulties presented with the emergence of the pandemic period and the attitudes taken by the school management and its professionals, through the use of strategies capable of circumventing these impasses, so that the teaching-learning process follows its path without interruptions and promotes the development of Education, even in the face of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, in order to substantiate the concepts that will be presented in the course of this study, this work intended to develop a theoretical-bibliographic approach in the literature in question to better understand the posture of school management and the school, as a whole, in the face of so many challenges faced with the arrival of the pandemic period, as well as the pedagogical strategies and mechanisms were elaborated to meet the needs that for so long have become a an obstacle to Education and society.
