The purpose of this article is to raise awareness about the theoretical and practical aspects of critical thinking, systems thinking, intellectual humility and intellectual honesty, as essential tools in the state of the art of management, their relationship with trust and transparency as essential tools to enable the progress of people and countries. It analyzes the different interpretations, the theoretical and practical aspects, the connection or interrelation between them, especially with civil rights, freedom, and the existence of a good society. In the same way, it identifies their implications, how they should be understood, where they are tested, what they require and what are the interrelationships and interconnections between them, as well as the evidence that supports them. As a result of the application and implementation of the aforementioned concepts, the case study was presented where the main effects that they generated in the workers of the organizations within Empresa Corpoven S. A. in the years 1.987 and up to 1.994 were reflected, and what aspects and actions should be carried out today. by organizations and institutions to improve their daily activities, the results and achievements of which must be shown in their Management Management.
