RESILIENCIA EN EL PROCESO DE GESTIÓN EMOCIONAL EN EL SECTOR INMOBILIARIO

Resumen

Este artículo pretendía investigar los factores que promueven la resiliencia entre los profesionales del sector inmobiliario, reconociéndola como una característica vital en un mercado dinámico y exigente. Contribuye a una comprensión más completa de la resiliencia en el contexto del sector inmobiliario, proporcionando información y estrategias para promover el bienestar y el rendimiento profesional. Adoptando un enfoque cuantitativo, una muestra de 162 participantes cumplimentó un cuestionario. Los resultados revelaron una conciencia significativa de la importancia de los hábitos saludables, el autocuidado y las relaciones satisfactorias, así como una predisposición a considerar los obstáculos como oportunidades de aprendizaje. Además, los profesionales mostraron una considerable confianza en su capacidad para resolver problemas y alcanzar objetivos, lo que refleja una actitud proactiva y resistente.
